Traffic Signal on KY 914 at Slate Branch Road in Pulaski County Inoperative Due to Emergency Repairs

SOMERSET, Ky. (May 27, 2024) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) District 8 Office advises motorists that the traffic signal on KY 914 at the intersection of KY 1642-Slate Branch Road (mile point 5.3) is currently inoperative due to emergency repairs.

Stop signs are being installed on both east and westbound approaches of Slate Branch Road limiting traffic to right turns only onto KY 914. Left turn movements from all approaches are prohibited. Through movements from Slate Branch Road are also prohibited. Restrictions at this intersection will remain in place until all repairs have been made.
