KY Highway Water Over Road Report for KYTC District 1 - Paducah
KY 166/Middle Road Closed in Fulton County at 11:15 a.m.
PADUCAH, Ky. (May 24, 2024) – Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) District 1 crews are monitoring several locations around the region this morning as a round of thundershowers and rain moves through. With ground already saturated from recent rainfall, areas with heavier showers are likely to have some roadway flooding.
KYTC District 1 Crews have the following to report at this time:
Lyon County KY 1943/Skinframe Creek Road is open at the 3.4 mile marker at the Skinframe Creek Bridge
Fulton County KY 166/Middle Road is closed at the 1.5mm between KY 1127 and KY 116 at the Mud Creek Bridge - KYTC personnel monitoring on site
Additionally, the Fulton County Highway Maintenance Crew has been out responding to reports of minor flooding, downed tree limbs and assorted debris on highways around the county.
Motorists are asked to use caution as it may take a couple of hours for personnel to complete their rounds to remove downed limbs and debris from road surfaces.
