Lane Restrictions on US 431 Livermore Bridge on Thursday
Bridge inspectors on the bridge from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
MADISONVILLE, Ky. (May 15, 2024) – There will be lane restrictions on the US 431 Livermore bridge over the Green and Rough Rivers in McLean County on Thursday, May 16, 2024 to allow for a routine bridge inspection to take place.
Kentucky Transportation Cabinet will utilize an under bridge inspection vehicle, an inspection platform, climb team and unmanned aerial vehicles to assess the current state of the structure which was built in 1939. Lane restrictions with flaggers will be in place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Close to 6,000 vehicles utilize the US 431 corridor through Livermore each day.
Appropriate caution is required where equipment, flaggers, and personnel are along the roadway in close proximity to traffic flow.
