Rest areas now open for Interstate 64 in
Woodford County
I 64 east and westbound between milepoints 60.2 and 60.7
LEXINGTON, Ky. (May 14, 2024) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists that the rest areas in Woodford County are now open. The rest areas were temporarily closed for water line repairs.
Tuesday, May 14 – 6:30 p.m.
Interstate 64
- the east and westbound rest areas are open between milepoints 60.2 and 60.7
- the parking lots for both rest areas remain open
All work/closures are scheduled on a tentative basis and subject to change depending on weather conditions, emergencies and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.
District 7 includes: Anderson, Bourbon, Boyle, Clark, Fayette, Garrard, Jessamine, Madison, Mercer, Montgomery, Scott and Woodford Counties
