Midland Trail (KY 3297) Bridge Replacement Begins This Week in Grayson
Road closed May 1 at Upper Stinson Creek; detour via US 60
FLEMINGSBURG, Ky. (April 30, 2024) – A $645,000 bridge replacement on Midland Trail (KY 3297) in Grayson will require the temporary closure of the highway for the next two months.
Beginning Wednesday, May 1, contractors will close KY 3297 just north of the US 60 intersection (milepoint 2.48) to demolish the aging Upper Stinson Creek bridge and construct a new one in its place. During construction, all thru traffic on KY 3297 should detour using US 60 through Grayson.
The project is being done by Hinkle Construction Services LLC under a $644,551.88 low-bid Kentucky Transportation Cabinet contract.
