Crews to replace cross drains
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Feb. 28, 2024) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of the closure of a section of KY 1360 tomorrow, February 29, in Henry County.
KY 1360/Franklinton Road will be closed between mile point 5.118 (near Penny Winkle Road) and mile point 6.960 (near KY 202/Drennon Road) from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Thursday, February 29. The closure is necessary as crews work to replace cross drains. Motorists should expect to detour around the work zone as crews complete the installation along the route.
Crews will place a layer of dense-grade rock on the drains until asphalt can be laid, and drivers should use caution when crossing the newly replaced cross drains.
