FLOYD COUNTY (Nov. 13, 2023) The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet advises motorists of asphalt repairs along the US 23/KY 114 Northbound On-ramp in Floyd County. The ramp is located at mile point 11.3 (.4 miles South of US 23) near Prestonsburg.
Crews will perform repairs on the ramp starting at 10 a.m. During this time, the ramp will be closed. Motorists must use an alternate route to access US 23 Northbound. The ramp is expected to reopen at 2 p.m. These impacts are necessary due to the size of the equipment needed and to allow crews room to work safely.
Please watch for signage and slow down when encountering a work zone.
