Lane Closure Scheduled for Cumberland Gap Tunnel in Bell County will take place Saturday, May 13
MANCHESTER, Ky. (May 12, 2023) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists that the northbound left lane (U.S. 25E mile points 1.3-1.7) of the Cumberland Gap Tunnel in Bell County will be closed Saturday, May 13 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. due to the installation of a new crash cushion.
Motorists are advised to use caution during this period and be aware of signage, road crews and other drivers.
The date, time, and duration of work may be adjusted if inclement weather or other unforeseen delays occur.
