Daytime Closure Scheduled for Embankment Repairs along KY 1107 in Johnson County
JOHNSON COUNTY (April 26, 2023) The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet advises motorists of daytime closures along KY 1107 in Johnson County. The work site is located at mile point 1.1 (0.169 miles North of Ky 302 and 2.2 miles South ok KY 40) in the West Van Lear area
Crews will begin embankment repairs this week, April 26, starting at 7 a.m. Due to the narrow road widths and size of the equipment needed for this type of repair, KY 1107 will be closed daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Motorists will be able to access the work zone on either side but will not be able to cross. All vehicles, including emergency, will need to use an alternate route during this time.
Nattco, Inc. will be performing the work. Work schedules are based on weather conditions.
