Lane closures continue for the
Eastern Bypass/KY 876 in Madison County
The EKU Pedway at milepoint 8.2
LEXINGTON, Ky. (March 10, 2023) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of continued work for the pedway. Scheduled lane closures will be necessary for the operations.
Monday, March 13 through Friday, March 17 – 8:30 a.m. until approximately 3 p.m. each day
The Eastern Bypass/KY 876
- single lane closures will be in effect between Lancaster Avenue (milepoint 8.15) and Veterans Boulevard (milepoint 8.33)
- only one lane will be closed at a time
- motorists will be able to pass through the work zone
All work/closures are scheduled on a tentative basis and subject to change depending on weather, emergencies and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.
District 7 includes: Anderson, Bourbon, Boyle, Clark, Fayette, Garrard, Jessamine, Madison, Mercer, Montgomery, Scott and Woodford Counties
