U.S. 60 is blocked near the 4.3 mile point near the KY 1368/VFW Road intersection between Barlow and Wickliffe.
Utility crews are en route.
Estimated duration is 3 hours or approximately 4:30 p.m., CST.
Detour is via KY 286 and U.S. 62.
