Update - I 75 Rest Area now open in Scott County
The Northbound rest area is located between MP 127.000 & 128.00
LEXINGTON, Ky. (Nov. 7, 2022) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists that this news release serves as an update. The Northbound rest area is now open in Scott County. The temporary closure was due to the lift station being nonfunctional. Repair operations have been completed.
Monday, Nov. 7 – 12 p.m. (noon)
Interstate 75
- the Northbound rest area (building) is now open between milepoints 127.000 and 128.000
- the truck/car parking lot remains open
All work/closures are scheduled on a tentative basis, and subject to change depending on weather conditions, emergencies and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.
District 7 includes: Anderson, Bourbon, Boyle, Clark, Fayette, Garrard, Jessamine, Madison, Mercer, Montgomery, Scott and Woodford Counties
