Resurfacing scheduled for
Old Frankfort Pike/KY 1681 in Fayette County
Between Alexandria Drive and the New Circle Road/KY 4 Overpass
LEXINGTON, Ky. (Oct. 4, 2022) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of scheduled work for Old Frankfort Pike/KY 1681 in Fayette County. Milling and paving operations will be in effect. Alternating lane closures with flaggers will allow motorists to pass through the work zone.
Tuesday, Oct. 4 through Thursday evening, Oct. 6/Friday morning, Oct. 7 – 6 p.m. evenings until 7 a.m. mornings
Old Frankfort Pike/KY 1681
- milling and paving will be in place between 0.036 miles east of Alexandria Drive and extending east to 0.206 miles east of the New Circle Road/KY 4 overpass (milepoint 4.65 to milepoint 5.75)
- alternating lane closures with flaggers will allow motorists to pass through the work zone
All work/closures are scheduled on a tentative basis, and subject to change depending on weather conditions, emergencies and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.
