PADUCAH, Ky. (Sept. 27, 2022) – Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) District 1 has posted a new video of the truss float-in and placement on the New U.S. 60 Cumberland River Bridge at Smithland.
The 5.1 million pound - 700 ft. long truss was transported and placed on the main piers of the new bridge September 12-14.
