Asphalt Resurfacing to begin at Webster County on KY 109/North Broadway Street Monday, Sept. 26
Improvements include the upgrade of ADA compliant sidewalk
MADISONVILLE, Ky. (Sept. 23, 2022) - A contractor will begin paving operations on KY 109/North Broadway Street in Webster County on Monday, Sept. 26.
The work will begin at North Broadway Street/KY 109 (MP 0.00) begins at the Webster/Hopkins County line extending North to KY 670 (2.876), a distance of 2.876 miles of asphalt resurfacing.
In addition to the paving work, the contractor will remove an existing sidewalk and replace it with one that is ADA compliant.
Once the sidewalk has been replaced, the contractor will begin milling and paving operations. All of this work is scheduled to take approximately 2-3 weeks.
Drivers should anticipate flagging operations, lane restrictions and reduced speeds.
