On Nov. 3, 2012, join your fellow Kentucky Employees’ Health Plan (KEHP) members in the Louisville Pure Tap® 5K or Louisville Sports Commission half marathon, presented by HumanaVitality®. As a KEHP member, you and your KEHP dependents are eligible for a 10% discount off the $75 half marathon and $20 5K entry fees. Just use one of the promotion codes listed below. Each KEHP team member will also receive a pair of running gloves. You also earn Vitality Points™ for participating: 500 points for the half marathon and 250 points for the 5K.

• Register online for the 5K or Half Marathon

• Pick up your packet at Louisville Slugger Field, 401 East Main Street, Louisville on:
  Thursday, Nov. 1 from 4 p.m. - 7 p.m., or
  Friday, Nov. 2 from 11 a.m. - 9 p.m.
• Parking is available in a free lot located east of the field (right before you get to the complex) or on Main Street in front of the facility. You will enter Slugger Field on the east end of the building and Packet Pick-Up will be immediately inside. There will be a table designated for KEHP members. This will allow you to get in and out much faster. 
• Nov. 3: 5K starts at 8 a.m. and the half-marathon starts at 8:30 a.m.
