The first round of the HumanaVitality™ Platinum Challenge ends soon! To take the HumanaVitality online health assessment (HA), go to http://LivingWell.ky.gov, click on the HumanaVitality “Log-in” button to register and take your HA. Health plan members who complete the HA before June 1 are eligible to win movie theater gift cards or a Nike gym bag! |
