Your 250 Vitality Bonus Bucks expire in less than 24-hours!

Time is running out to earn your 250 Vitality Bucks, register or log in to HumanaVitality at http://LivingWell.ky.gov to take your 10 minute health assessment today!  Kentucky Employees' Health Plan members who complete an online health assessment before March 29 will earn 1,250 Vitality Bucks.

You only have a few hours to earn your bonus bucks. Follow these easy steps!

  • Go to LivingWell.ky.gov.
      
  • Click on the HumanaVitality log-in. Register or log in to the site using your Humana ID.
      
  • Take your initial health assessment by March 29 and get 1,250 Vitality Bucks.
      
  • With your 1,250 Bucks, you can redeem a Humana Gear Pedometer at the HumanaVitality Mall.
      
  • Or, keep saving your bucks for bigger rewards.
      

 

 

 

*Note: One Vitality Buck = One Vitality Point™. 1,250 Vitality Points = 500 points for taking the health assessment, 500 points for taking the health assessment for the first time (awarded once per lifetime) and 250 bonus points for taking the health assessment within 90 days of your plan’s effective date.  For KEHP members with health insurance effective January 1, your opportunity to earn 250 bonus bucks will expire on March 29.
