• Go to LivingWell.ky.gov.
    
• Click on the HumanaVitality log-in. Register or log in to the site using your Humana ID.
    
• Take your initial health assessment by March 29 and get 1,250 Vitality Bucks.
    
• With your 1,250 Bucks, you can redeem a Humana Gear Pedometer at the HumanaVitality Mall.
    
• Or, keep saving your bucks for bigger rewards.
