Living Well 2012 Tour: HumanaVitality℠ Kick-Off
HumanaVitality℠ is here! And it’s available at no cost to you as a Kentucky Employees’ Health Plan (KEHP) member! Join us in celebrating the launch of HumanaVitality. We will walk you through the program so you know exactly how you can earn great rewards for creating a healthy lifestyle. There will be door prizes drawn every 15 minutes, and you can participate in activities to win other prizes.
Come see what all the fuss is about and prepare for the great rewards awaiting you!
The HumanaVitality bus will be parked outside to conduct screenings throughout the day. The kick-off event will begin at 3 p.m.

The HumanaVitality bus will stop by Daviess County Board of Education- Central Office to offer KEHP members a free Vitality Check® from 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Sign up for your Vitality Check by visiting www.HealthFair.com/HumanaVitality. *The Vitality Check is a blood screening and biometric assessment that measures body mass index (BMI), blood pressure, blood glucose and total cholesterol. In order to get accurate results, the Vitality Check is a fasting screening. We recommend you do not consume any foods or beverages nine (9) hours prior to your morning appointment. Make sure to bring your health insurance ID card with you to the screening.
