Below is the link to file a Civilian Collision Report with Frankfort in the event you are involved in a MINOR/Non-injury collision and police are not able to respond in conditions like this morning or if you are involved in a non-injury collision on private property. Actual form is attached. If you print a form to keep in your car, remember to print one for the other drive if needed. Drive Safe Everyone!
