The owner of 604 Eastern Parkway (Venture 604, LLC) has requested a change in zoning for 604 Eastern Parkway from R-7 to OR. Pursuant to KRS 100.214(2) Venture 604, LLC is holding a public meeting to discuss this possible zoning change. This meeting will be held in conjunction with the St. Joseph Neighborhood Association meeting that evening.

Warning from LMPD:
The city has had a rash of packages being stolen off the front porches. It appears that the delivery trucks are being followed. Please keep an eye on each other’s homes and talk to each other. Let your neighbor know if you are expecting a package so they may hold onto it for you till you get home. Police do have a description of the suspect: 6’1-6’2 B/M slim build in his 40’s bald driving a GRAY 4 door vehicle, possibly a an older model Honda.
