Summer Programs That Will Move You
Well, it’s here! The 2014 Summer Program Directory is intended to be a resource to parents, families, and youth in our community to identify enriching opportunities to learn and engage in activities that build both character and community throughout this summer period. It includes 133 pages of various programming across the city, and it’s FREE. Click this link here to access it on the Office of Youth Development website, or look under resources in the sidebar to the left to scope out programs among other useful tools!
Also, by texting the phrase “GetConnected” – no space – to 967-14 and providing two details – a zip code and the age of the child needing activities – parents will immediately receive a list of upcoming options sorted by distance. Many of the listings are free or low cost and all include phone numbers for more details.
