Hello everyone,
Please be advised that Bellevue Ave will be temporarily closed at 4519 Bellevue Ave effective immediately due to an ongoing MSD excavation project.
Our office is actively coordinating with MSD to get information and minimize disruptions while crews complete their work.
Olmsted Academy North has already been contacted to alert them of the closure so they can safely notify parents ahead of afternoon student pickup today. Additionally, on-site crews will make every attempt to maintain essential access for residents living on this street.
A formal traffic control plan is actively being compiled and will submit the necessary application as quickly as possible. We are sharing this notice to ensure all appropriate entities and community members remain fully informed, and we will provide updates as they become available.
