Lees Lane Development Update

The Landscape Plan for Case 26-LANDSCAPE-0031 was approved on July 10, 2026. View approved plan.

The project is located at 3714 Lees Lane, along the southside of Lees Lane and west of the railroad tracks, and contains 58 acres The proposal is for a straight cul-de-sac of 63 buildable lots on 11 acres of land.
