*Stop Illegal Dumping in Our Community!**
Illegal dumping has been a big problem, and the old penalties weren't enough to stop it. That's why Southend councilmembers have introduced stricter rules to protect our neighborhood:
1st offense: $1,000 fine + 3-day impound + towing/cleanup fees
2nd offense: $2,000 fine + 30-day impound + fees
3rd offense: $3,000 fine + 90-day impound + fees
If you see illegal dumping, report it!
