Legal Notice Pasta Garage Nulu LLC, mailing address 962 Delaware Avenue, Lexington, KY 40505, hereby declares intention(s) to apply for Quota Retail Package, Quota Retail Drink, NQ4 Retail Malt Beverage Drink, Caterer's and Special Sunday Retail Drink Licenses to operate as a restaurant no later than October 15, 2025. The business to be licensed will be located at 552 E. Market Street, Suite 1A, Louisville, KY 40202. doing business as Pasta Garage Nulu. The Owners; Principal Officers and Directors; Limited Partners; or Members are as follows: Sole Member, Lesme Romero, 962 Delaware Avenue, Lexington, KY 40505. Any person may protest the approval of the license by writing the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control within thirty (30) days of the date of this legal publication.
