For the week of July 21

Zone 2 (River Road between Blankenbaker Lane and Lime Kiln Lane) will be limited to local access only. There will be staggered barricades to provide residents with access where River Road intersects with Lime Kiln Lane and at Blankenbaker Lane.

Our active construction zone remains in the same general area this week (July 21– July 27). See the map below for details. We will be working on River Road between Rockledge Drive and 4909 River Road (slightly west of Virginia Chance School). Note: This will impact the intersection of Glenview Avenue this week. Residents of Glenview Avenue should access their homes via Lime Kiln Lane or Woodside Road to avoid construction on River Road. Follow signage for current entry and exit access.

We plan to pave from Boxhill Lane to Blankenbaker Lane this week (weather dependent).

We are beginning work to create a temporary road between the end of Mason Boulevard and Mayfair Avenue. This temporary road extension will allow access to River Road for residents of Transylvania Avenue and Mason Boulevard while we work on Transylvania Avenue beginning in August. The temporary access road will be made of gravel and is expected to be in place for approximately two months. Once the work is completed, the gravel will be removed, and we’ll restore the area with seed and straw.
