Please join me on this Saturday, June 14th, at 9:00 a.m., for muffins, mingling, and messages. You will hear from key government agencies that work on projects that affect your day-to-day lives. From the city's budget to zoning changes and infrastructure like sidewalks, street signage, etc., I have invited all the right players to the party. Come hear from them and let them hear from you!
Have a zoning concern (like the one featured below)? Come express your feelings about it. Want to know how the mayor constructs the budget for the city? Come hear an overview of the process. Need to know specifics about the budget and the process I am currently involved in with my Council colleagues? Come and share what's on your mind and hear firsthand about all of the gory details.
YOUR VOICE MATTERS!
Nicklies Development filed a rezoning pre-application with the department of Louisville Metro Planning and Design Services (PDS). They are requesting a rezoning from OR (Office Residential) to C-1 (Commercial) to allow for construction of a bank/credit union facility and re-use of an existing residence as a retail space on property located at 4700 Westport Road and 913 Fountain Avenue respectively.
Address: 4700 Westport Road and 913 Fountain Avenue PDS Case #: 25-ZONEPA-0061 PDS Case Manager: Mark Pinto
You are invited to a neighborhood meeting THIS EVENING to see the plan and address any questions or concerns that you may have. The neighborhood meeting will be held on June 11th, at 6:00 p.m. in the lobby of the office building located at 4910 Brownsboro Road to discuss the project with you. If you cannot attend the meeting but have questions or concerns that you would like to discuss with the developer, please call my project planner, John Campbell, at Heritage Engineering at (502) 562-1412.
