With the help of The Christina Lee Brown Envirome Institute at UofL and the Humana Foundation, we’re researching how Cultural Pass can improve the health of seniors in our community. As part of this second summer in the pilot process, eligible Senior Cultural Passholders will be asked to complete short surveys at the beginning and end of the summer (each survey will take an estimated 15 minutes to complete). Those who successfully complete both surveys are automatically entered to win 2 free tickets to an upcoming performance at Derby Dinner Playhouse in Jeffersonville, IN!
Please note that registration is limited to the first 1,000 eligible participants and that the program begins May 31. Eligible participants reside in Bullitt or Jefferson County in Kentucky or Clark, Floyd, or Harrison counties in Indiana and are 65 years of age or older.
