Each week, the Metro Office of Planning creates a report listing all new land use applications in Jefferson County. These typically include requests for changes in zoning, conditional use permits, variances, landscape plans, and more. There is one case in this week's report involving property in our district, a request for a conditional use permit to allow off-street parking in an R-4 zoning district associated with the development of a storage building and eight residential lots on property located at 12707 Old Henry Road. Please contact the case manager at mark.pinto@louisvilleky.gov with any questions or comments.
With the weather forecast what it is, it's probably a good time to remind you of LENSAlert, our regional emergency notification system. It's a great way to make sure you get important messages and alerts from the Metro Emergency Management Agency. If you haven't already signed up, click here to do so.
