Saturday's Pop-Up Drop-Off Canceled

With the forecast calling for severe weather and heavy rainfall over the next several days, Metro Public Works has decided to cancel this Saturday's Pop-Up Drop-Off at UofL Shelby Campus. They are looking into some options to make up for the cancellation, though nothing has been scheduled yet. As soon as I'm made aware of any such event, I will let you know. Thank you for your understanding.

The next scheduled Pop-Up Drop-Off is Saturday, May 17 at Sun Valley Park on Lower River Road. Click here for more information on these events.

Office of Planning Weekly Activity Report

Each week, the Metro Office of Planning creates a report listing all new land use applications in Jefferson County. These typically include requests for changes in zoning, conditional use permits, variances, landscape plans, and more. There is one case in this week's report involving property in our district, a request for a conditional use permit to allow off-street parking in an R-4 zoning district associated with the development of a storage building and eight residential lots on property located at 12707 Old Henry Road. Please contact the case manager at mark.pinto@louisvilleky.gov with any questions or comments.
