We are excited to share that we have been working diligently to set up a satellite office at the Southwest Government Center located at 7219 Dixie Hwy in effort to better serve our constituents. We plan to host district hours both by appointment and designated drop-in periods on the first and second Monday of each month starting in April.
April 2nd and April 9th:
Drop-in hours will be 3:00pm - 5:00pm
Appointments Only 5:00pm - 6:00pm

If your work schedule prevents you from participating during these designated times and you wish to schedule an appointment, please reach out to our office and we will do our best to accommodate those needs.
 We recently had the pleasure of hearing from Ty' Xavier Rowan, a dedicated student from Male High School, who shared his inspiring journey of personal growth and his aspiration to become an officer with the Louisville Metro Police Department (LMPD). Demonstrating remarkable initiative, Ty' expressed his desire to connect with an experienced officer who could mentor him over the coming years.
Without hesitation, we reached out to Sergeant Mike "MJ" Jackson, an esteemed 18-year veteran of the LMPD and an exceptional individual. Sgt. Jackson enthusiastically agreed, stating, "Absolutely. I'd love to."
We are thrilled to have arranged a meeting and facilitated this connection between Mr. Rowan and Sgt. Jackson. Their initial conversation was highly productive, and both are excited to develop this mentorship in the years ahead. Sgt. Jackson thoughtfully brought along a swag bag and a newly rebranded LMPD shirt for Mr. Rowan, adding a special touch to their first meeting.
We look forward to seeing Ty' Xavier Rowan in a future LMPD recruit class!
