Public Works is reviewing options for Mitchell Hill Rd. As soon as we know more about how they are going to proceed, we will provide more of an update and a timeframe. Please avoid that area of Mitchell Hill Rd. as it is not safe to use.
Mitchell Hill near top Hill Road in Fairdale suffered a surface washout due to flood conditions! This area is not passable and open only to local access! “Local access” means, this road is impassable and unsafe. You should only drive on it if you live there and have to access your driveway. You should NOT be driving through it to get anywhere else. If you live on Top Hill Rd., you should be using Jefferson Hill Rd. for access.
