 Councilwoman Parrish-Wright will be attending the Elmer Lucille Allen Conference on African American Studies this week, on February 18th and 19th hosted by Spalding University. This event is organized by Dr. Deonte Hollowell and will take place in the College Street Ballroom.
Councilwoman Parrish-Wright is honored to be a featured panelist and to celebrate the Louisville pioneer, Elmer Lucille Allen.
