Louisville Metro Council Holiday Food Drive Begins Monday, November 11th

The Louisville Metro Council has teamed up with the Association of Community Ministries to host a Holiday Food Drive collecting essential foods for those most in need this season. All donations will be provided to the Association of Community Ministries to be divided evenly amongst the 13 Area Community Ministries. WHEN: November 11 - December 5
WHERE: You may drop off your food donations at: City Hall, 601 W. Jefferson Street, 40202
WHAT IS NEEDED:

  • Canned Protein (beef stew, canned chicken, canned tuna, hearty soups)
  • Tomato Sauce
  • Diced Tomatoes
  • Canned Potatoes
  • Boxed Potatoes

The latest Metro Clean Collaborative Crew Totals

Attached is the Clean Collaborative route update for the last six weeks. The Clean Collaborative Crew removed 1,978 bags of litter, 51 tires, and 390 other items from 810.49 curb miles and completed 6 service requests.

Since January 2024, the Clean Collaborative Crew has completed 234 service requests and removed 13,801 bags of litter, 667 tires, and 2,818 other items from 5,228.80 curb miles.
