The business to be licensed will be located at 115 S 4th Street, Louisville, Ky, Kentucky 40202 doing business as Steak & Bourbon. The Members are as follows: Fernando Martinez of 14008 Hickory Ridge Rd. Louisville Ky 40245, Yaniel Martinez of 811 Urton Woods Way, Louisville, Ky. 40243 and Fredrick Moir of 4001 Spring Forest Drive, Louisville, Ky. 40245.
