PUBLIC NOTICE

Addis Grill, LLC, Mailing address 109 South 4th St, Louisville, Kentucky, 40202. Hereby declares intentions to apply for Extended Hours of Operations: Liquor by the Drink, 12:00 – 4:00 AM; Beer by the Drink, 12:00 – 4:00 AM, Liquor by the package 12:00 – 2:00 AM; Beer by the Package 12:00 AM – 2:00 AM; and Special Sunday By the Drink, no later than Oct 31, 2024. The business to be licensed will be located at 109 South 4th Street, in Downtown Louisville, Kentucky, 40202, doing business as Addis Grill, LLC, also known as “Addis Bar and Grill”. The Owner / Manager and/or Principal Officer is Abbey Abadi, of 642 South 2nd Street, Louisville, Kentucky, 40202. Any person, association, corporation, or body politic may protest the granting of the license(s) by writing the Dept. of Alcoholic Beverage Control, 500 Metro Street, 2NE33 Frankfort, Ky. 40601, within 30 days (KRS 243.430) of the date of this legal publication.

 

 

This sign must be posted on the premises (in Louisville Metro only - it does not apply to Suburban cities with their own ABC administrator).
