PUBLIC NOTICE

Whiskey Thief Distilling Company, Inc. doing business as Whiskey Thief Distilling Company with a mailing address of 283 Crab Orchard Road, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601 hereby declares its intent to apply for Bottling House and Bottling House Storage, Off-Premise Retail Sales Outlet, NQ2 Retail Drink, Sampling, Special Sunday Retail Drink, Louisville Beer by the Drink Extended Hours (12-2 a.m.), and Louisville Liquor by the Drink Extended Hours (12-2am) licenses no later than July 31, 2024. The business to be licensed will be located at 610 Nanny Goat Strut, Louisville, Kentucky 40202. The sole shareholders of Whiskey Thief Distilling Company, Inc. are: Walter Zausch (President), 283 Crab Orchard Road, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601; Ross Caldwell, 283 Crab Orchard Road, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601; Heather Caldwell, 283 Crab Orchard Road, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601; and Ryan Kibiloski, 283 Crab Orchard Road, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601. Any person, association, corporation, or body politic may protest the approval of the license by writing the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control, 500 Mero Street, 2 NE 33, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601, within (30) days of the date of legal publication. 4881-9518-0499, v. 1
