Standard Design Guidelines Update Meetings
Louisville Metro Government sent this bulletin at 06/06/2024 12:13 PM EDTThe updates to the Standard Design Guidelines have been officially adopted and are in effect! These guidelines are utilized to evaluate the Certificate of Appropriateness (COA) applications for proposed changes to the exterior of properties located in local preservation districts or properties that are designated Individual Landmarks.
We are hosting meetings to share the updates with you and answer any questions you may have. Please see the attached schedule and attend one that best fits your schedule.
