MineWine, LLC, Hereby declares intention(s) to apply for a Quota Retail Package, Quota Retail Drink, NQ Retail Malt Beverage Package, NQ4 Retail Malt Beverage Drink, Quota Retail Drink, Extended Hours 12A-2A, NQ Retail Malt Beverage Package 12A-2A, Special Sunday Retail Drink, Sampling License, no later than May 1, 2024. The licensed premises will be located at 829 E Market St, Louisville, KY 40206. Owners are Sarah Height & Chelsea Moore of 1247 S Shelby St, Louisville, KY 40203. Any person, assoc, or corp, or body politic may protest thee granting of the license(s) by writing the Dept of Alcoholic Control, 500 Mero St, 2 NE 33, Frankfort KY 40601, within 30 days (KRS 243.430) of the date of this legal publication.
