PUBLIC NOTICE
Ovations Food Services, L.P. d/b/a OVG Hospitality, hereby declares its intention to apply for a NQ1 Retail Drink License and Sampling License no later than March 31, 2024. The licensed premises will be located at 401 E Main Street, Louisville, KY 40202. The partners and officers are as follows: General and Limited Partner, Spectra US, LLC, 150 Rouse Blvd, Fl 3, Philadelphia, PA 19112 General Partner, Ovations Food Services, LLC, 150 Rouse Blvd, Fl 3, Philadelphia, PA 19112 Pres/Sec for the General and Limited Partners, Brian Rothenberg, 100 Augusta Drive, Moorestown, NJ 08057 VP for the General and Limited Partners, Kenneth Gaber, 11234 E Berry Drive, Greenwood Village, CO 80111 Any person, association, corporation, or body politic may protest the granting of the licenses by writing the Dept. of Alcoholic Beverage Control, 500 Metro Street, 2NE33, Frankfort, KY 40601, within thirty (30) days of the date of legal publication.
