Notice of Application for Wrecking Permit of Historic Structure      

The Office of Planning has received a wrecking permit application for the property listed below:

Subject Property:      316 E. Chestnut Street

Case Number:           BLD-WRE-24-00057

The above reference property is eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places. The requested wrecking permit may be issued on or after the following date provided that the application meets the development or deed restriction requirements of the LMCO (150.110): 4/5/2024. The purpose of the 30-day hold is to provide time for the community to consider the demolition and, if warranted, prepare a petition to review designation of the building as a local landmark.
