PUBLIC NOTICE OF INTENTION TO APPLY FOR ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE LICENSE No. 15 Tenant, LLC dba Number 15 whose mailing address is 812 E. Washington Street, Louisville, KY 40206, hereby declares its intention to apply for a Quota Retail Package License and the applicable local extended hours license (12 2 a.m.) no later than February 1, 2024. The licensed premises will be located at 121 W. Main Street, Louisville, KY 40202. The Sole Member of No. 15 Tenant, LLC is The Numbers Holding Company, LLC, 3460 Chestnut Place, Denver, CO 80216, and the primary members of The Numbers Holding Company, LLC are Spencer Fronk, 812 E. Washington Street, Louisville, KY 40206, and Andrew Palmquist, 812 E. Washington Street, Louisville, KY 40206. Any person, association, corporation, or body politic may protest the granting of the license by writing the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control, 500 Mero Street 2NE33, Frankfort, KY 40601, within thirty (30) days (KRS 243.360) of the date of this legal publication.
