The proposed draft revisions to the Floyds Fork Development Review Overlay have been posted to the Louisville Metro website: https://louisvilleky.gov/government/planning-design/floyds-fork-dro

An online comment form has been provided on the webpage, link above, so you can comment on the draft revisions. The draft revision document will remain on the website and open to comments for 30 days. Once the comment period is closed Louisville Metro Planning and Design Services staff will review the comments and may make changes to the draft. The next step after the 30-day comment period is a meeting before the Planning Committee of the Planning Commission. When that meeting is scheduled, notice will be sent out to those that signed up at the last public meeting and those registered for notice of development activity for their Metro Council District.
