Notice of Application for Wrecking Permit of Historic Structure      

The Office of Planning and Design Services has received a wrecking permit application for the property listed below:

Subject Property:      633 W. Jefferson Street

Case Number:           BLD-WRE-23-00249

The above reference property is listed or potentially eligible for listing in The National Register of Historic Places.

The requested wrecking permit may be issued on or after the following date provided that the application meets the development or deed restriction requirements of the LMCO (150.110): 7/21/2023
