Take the Challenge!
The 4-week Anti-Racism Challenge Begins April 1st.
This is how it works -- every week participants receive an email with a list of 10-12 anti-racism activities. These range from reading an article, calling an elected official, making a donation, watching a film, viewing an exhibit by a Black artist, patronizing a Black business, etc.
They ask participants to choose and complete 3 of the listed activities. The purpose is to keep us all focused and active in challenging racism in our daily lives. This is a personal Challenge -- no one needs to report back.

Most of District 12 to have Property Values Reassessed in 2023
The 2023 Jefferson County PVA property reassessment will encompass MLS areas 1 and 4. The reassessment is required by law. The Jefferson County PVA is committed to assisting property owners who exercise their right to appeal their property value. The 2023 reassessment covers a very dense area. It is with utmost importance the community is informed about their right to appeal their property value. In Kentucky there is a short window of time allowing the taxpayer to do so. PVA will be hosting online meetings in April for the areas affected by the 2023 reassessment.
