This past Saturday, February 18th, Councilwoman Parker (pictured above with the Mayor of Blue Ridge Manor, Carla Kreitman) the City of Blue Ridge Manor held their Citizen Appreciation Open House at the Trinity Presbyterian Church, 10200 Shelbyville Road. It was a chance to meet the Mayor, the City Commissioners and Councilwoman Parker herself as well as City vendors and businesses. They had great food, great music and great conversations! Blue Ridge Manor is new to Metro Council District 18 with re-districting and the Councilwoman welcomed the chance to meet everyone while having a good time! Pictured below with Mayor Kreitman are (from left to right) Blue Ridge Manor Commissioners Jake Gross, Debbie Mills and Jonathan Ayer! Thank you to everyone!

OneWest has a wonderful team that, for the last five years, has collected litter four times a week on W Broadway from S 18th to S 26th and S 18th from W Muhammad Ali to W Broadway. We certainly appreciate the hard work they are out there doing!
