Notice of Public Hearing via Video Teleconference
The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control Board is continuing a public hearing, via Video Teleconference, on an Agreed Board Order with DuPont Specialty Products USA, LLC. DuPont is alleged to have violated District Regulation 2.16 (Title V Operating Permits).
Written comments from the public will be accepted by the Board, Byron Gary, Secretary-Treasurer, at 701 W. Ormsby Ave. Suite 303, Louisville, KY 40203, until 5:00 p.m. February 1, 2023. Written comments will also be accepted electronically until the same deadline via the Internet at the e-mail address “airorders@louisvilleky.gov”. Oral comments will be accepted at the continued public hearing via Video Teleconference on February 15, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. Oral comments will also be accepted in the Edison Room at that time at 701 W. Ormsby Ave. Instructions on attending the Video Teleconference will be located at www.louisvilleky.gov/APCD/docket prior to the meeting.
