Dear Neighbor,
CycLOUvia on Bardstown Road is here this weekend. Halloween is almost here. There are several opportunities to have free family fun in our community. Please be safe if you venture out to Trick-or-Treat, particularly with young children sporting their favorite costume.
There is also an upcoming hearing for a zoning change at the corner of Hurstbourne Parkway and Bardstown Road. Please contact the project manager or make plans to attend a meeting if you have comments or questions about the project.
Enjoy the weekend,

CycLOUvia returns to Bardstown Road for the last event of 2022!
Bardstown Road will be closed to vehicular traffic between Grinstead Drive and Douglass Boulevard, with a facilitated crossing at Eastern Parkway.
CycLOUvia is your opportunity to experience Louisville as you never have before, by walking, cycling, skateboarding or dancing in the street. Streets account for a massive amount of public land in all cities. CycLOUvia repurposes these public spaces by temporarily replacing traditional vehicular traffic with pedestrian traffic. Streets become paved parks where people of all ages, abilities, and socio-economic backgrounds can come to improve their mental, physical, and emotional health.
