We are excited to announce the re-launch of the Louisville Landbank! We appreciate your patience during the completion of our racial equity review and if you have not had the opportunity to review the new programs, they are available here.
TODAY: Vacant lots are currently available for you to apply now!
TOMORROW: We will be launching vacant structures under the Save our Structures and Demo for Deed programs;
COMING SOON: Homeowners First property listings!

The first Landbank Class will take place virtually on Tuesday, October 25 at 12:30pm. We will explain how the Landbank works, how to search and apply for properties. Additionally we will have Q&A session and other helpful information to help navigate throughout the Landbank process. This class will be available to view afterwards on our website.
